The Calm After the Storm

So this has been a very interesting week thus far...first off, my baby girl is walking!Also... Maine has experienced Tornados, and Gorham is one of the few southern areas that had the worst damage...two cattle farms had barns collapse, and numerous houses have damages to be repaired. It was a very scary week but thankfully nobody was hurt. After such a rough evening the following day was nothing short of gorgeous, a light breeze to cool the summer air, and Lilah and I made sure to take advantage of the weather. We had a picnic in the field in front of our home and she went for a wagon ride, and we topped off the day with dinner with our favorite man, Daddy. Lilah will be celebrating her 10 month birthday on the 26, it has gone by so fast...
