About Me

My photo
I live in gorham with my husband Tyler and our beautiful baby girl Delilah. Tys family farm is where we usually are, and things were really picking up until there was a fire...so this year the goal is to get back on our feet and rebuild our future. Delilah is the most important thing in our lives, and we have to remember that structures can be rebuilt, and things can be replaced, but family is forever

Spring Thaw...

Today was a beautiful day...I think the thermometer about hit 50! I took miss Lilah out to enjoy the sun, we walked to the library with a friend, had lunch, then visited a dear friend of mine, Miss Julie! We had a great day..... Delilah was able to enjoy the mudpuddles for the first time recently as well, in her shiny red rainboots! We let the chickens out to run around, opened some windows and enjoyed the warmth....tomorrows suppose to be even better, near 60! To make tomorrow even better, Delilahs daddy come home from working in Mass all week...its just not the same for her to talk to him on the phone....shed rather pull his chest hair and snuggle with him :)
Tomorrow its suppose to rain in the morning, and I need some new rainboots- So it looks like we'll be trekking out to go shopping! Then we'll have to make some banana bread for Daddy when he gets home....

The Chicken Whisperer

Once upon a Chilly Sunday

Last Sunday we went to the Fryeburg Fair with Delilah, and we met Uncle Dustin, Aunt Mary and the girls there. We had fried dough, candy apples and fresh lemonade to top it off. It was a chilly day and we were all bundled up. I was on the hunt for a certain item...a knit pumpkin hat like the one my little brother had when he was a toddler. I finally found one, in one of the craft barns. That made me quite happy! I also had a t-shirt made for Delilah, pink with a tractor and Fryeburg Fair 2010 on it. When we got home we had a birthday dinner for Tyler, he turned 25! It was a long day, we slept well that night!

It is officially Autumn! I love this time of year, the crunchy leaves, pumpkins, candy apples, and fairs. this will be Delilahs first fall, so that makes this year even better, getting to experience things her way! This picture is from our harvest day, we picked a lot of pumpkins from our garden, she loved it!
More to come!....

My Baby Is 1!

Yes, It has happened! My baby is finally One...It definitely went WAY too fast! We had a small birthday party the week before her actual birthdate, and she got her first little pink jeep! She was quite excited about that! On top of that, she received 18 pairs of pants and 24 shirts...so she'll be all set for awhile haha!
On her birthday we took her to a 1950's diner for breakfast then she got to play with daddy outside until cake that evening. It was a great birthday! She has grown so much and developed such a little personality, and sense of humor! She is definitely going to be a handful in the future! But we are so looking forward to it!
